Make a low risk investment in your business by improving your energy efficiency. Returns on energy efficiency investments can be substantial and once the investment is made, the returns continue year after year.

CES has partnered with Landsberg Engineering to provide energy efficiency consulting through NYSERDA’s Small Commercial Audit Program. Through this program businesses with annual electric bills of $75,000 or less can receive low cost energy audits of their facilities.

If your annual electric bill is less than $25,000, the energy audit fee is $100. If your annual electric bill is $25,000 - $75,000, the fee is $400. The fee is refunded to the client upon implementation of recommended measures equal or greater to the cost of the audit. The application is a simple one page form that takes just a few minutes to complete.

Health Food Store Audit Nets Owner Immediate Savings

Based on recommendations in a CES energy audit, Nature’s Storehouse of Canton, NY replaced 40 incandescent lights and is implementing other improvements. “We are pleased that such a minimal investment of our time and money has translated into visible savings on our energy bill,” says Rainbow Crabtree, the store owner.
